David has over 25 years of experience executing transactions, raising capital, and advising companies. During his career, David has successfully executed transactions for businesses that have ranged in size from $5 million to a $1+ billion in value. David has substantial transaction experience in the food, beverage, and agriculture industries which requires detailed knowledge of branding, sales, production, and sourcing.
Prior to Food|Bev|Ag, David was an investment banker at Zepponi & Co. (acquired by BMO Capital) focused on serving the beverage alcohol and agricultural industries. Previously, David opened and ran a middle market investment bank, MC Advisors, focused on serving institutional investors. Prior to MC Advisors, David worked in investment banking at Wood Warren & Co., JP Morgan, and Chase. David earned a BSBA degree in Finance & Marketing with a minor in Leadership from the Daniels College of Business at the University of Denver.
Denise has over 10 years of experience with transactions in the food, beverage, agriculture industries. Her personal specialty is preparing and maintaining an organized transaction for clients. Her attention to detail inspires trust from clients. She thrives on doing thorough investigations and due diligence on projects, ensuring a smooth and successful transaction. She assisted in closing many successful transactions including sales such as Orin Swift, River East Vineyard, and Lindsay Olives.
Before joining Food|Bev|Ag, Denise spent 5 years as an Associate at Zepponi & Co., a leading beverage alcohol mergers and acquisitions firm. Before that,she accumulated 25+ years of experience supporting attorneys and specialized in supporting corporate law and mergers and acquisitions practices. Denise graduated from Heald College.
